Mgr. Natálie Burgetová

Natálie has been a member of the Pluto legal team since 2023. During her studies, she worked as a Paralegal and graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in June 2025. She joined the firm as a Junior Associate in September of the same year. In the autumn semester, she completed an Erasmus study stay at a university in Normandy, France, where she further developed the European and international dimension of her legal expertise. Her diploma thesis focused on intellectual property law in the digital environment.

In her practice, she focuses on industrial property rights and civil law matters. She manages trademark portfolios from clearance searches and applications through registration proceedings to ongoing monitoring of conflicts and evidence of use. She represents clients in trademark disputes, including opposition and cancellation proceedings before EUIPO and national offices, and participates in negotiations on amicable settlements and coexistence agreements.

She also coordinates transfers of patents and other industrial property rights abroad. Her work includes recordals before the EPO, WIPO and national offices, supervision of related formalities such as apostilles, legalisations and certified translations, harmonisation of chains of title, and communication with foreign counsel. Thanks to her meticulous approach to deadlines and portfolio management, she helps keep both costs and legal risks under control.

Natálie is currently completing her three-year traineeship in preparation for the Czech Bar Exam and, as of September 2025, is enrolled in a specialised programme in industrial property protection at the Industrial Property Office. She is known for her precision, reliability and calm, pragmatic approach to work.
