Simona is a renowned expert in IP law and litigation. Acting as an attorney, patent attorney, and mediator, she helps clients safeguard their brands, products, and innovations. Her expertise covers drafting licensing agreements, managing contractual relationships, and handling cross-border disputes. Clients highly appreciate her strategic approach, business-oriented mindset, and proven ability to deliver effective solutions in challenging cases—both in and out of court.
Mgr. Jan Brauner, LL.M.
Jan focuses on strategic litigation, IP law, and tech transactions. He advises on protecting software, inventions, and trademarks, representing clients before courts and international bodies. Alongside his M&A practice—where he specializes in IT due diligence—Jan merges legal expertise with a profound knowledge of software development and AI.
Prof. JUDr. Ivo Telec, CSc.
Professor Ivo Telec is a premier expert on copyright law, an attorney, and an international arbitrator. He co-authored key legislation, including the Czech Copyright Act. As Of Counsel at Pluto Legal, he specializes in strategic IP matters. He was awarded Lawyer of the Year 2006 in Intellectual Property.
Mgr. Veronika Braunerová
At Pluto Legal, Veronika specializes in corporate law, debt recovery, and real estate. She assists clients with company formation, contracts, and dispute resolution. She also provides comprehensive support in property transactions and holds experience in AML compliance and licensing for non-bank credit providers.
Mgr. Jakub Sladký, LL.M.
Jakub is an attorney specializing in e-commerce, software law, and IT intellectual property. With a background in software engineering, he bridges the gap between legal and technical worlds. He delivers legally robust and technically feasible solutions (SaaS, GDPR), preventing risks often overlooked by lawyers without technical expertise.
Mgr. Karolína Čermáková
Karolína connects intellectual property law with marketing. She specializes in trademarks, copyright, and influencer marketing, helping clients build brands from scratch. She also practices family law, applying a sensitive approach gained from working with domestic violence victims. At Pluto Legal, she also manages the firm’s marketing.
Mgr. Matěj Telička
Matěj has been with Pluto Legal since 2022, currently serving as a Junior Associate. He specializes in intellectual property, ICT law, and competition law. He gained international experience studying in Greece and speaks English at a C2 level. His future goals include a JUDr. degree and an internship at the EUIPO.
Mgr. Natálie Burgetová
Natálie has been with Pluto Legal team since 2023, recently becoming a Junior Associate. She focuses primarily on industrial property and civil law. She gained international experience studying in France and is currently deepening her expertise through specialized studies at the Industrial Property Office.
