She provides clients with comprehensive legal support in the establishment and administration of companies, prepares and negotiates contractual documentation, and assists in resolving disputes arising from commercial relationships.

She has extensive experience in debt recovery, ranging from out-of-court settlements to court proceedings and enforcement actions. In the area of real estate law, she provides full legal support for property acquisitions, sales and leases, including legal due diligence and contract drafting. Previously, she was involved in licensing proceedings for non-bank consumer credit providers and in the implementation of AML processes. She prioritises dispute prevention, procedural discipline and clear, business-oriented solutions.
