If competitors accuse you of infringing their rights, we carefully examine the strength of the asserted rights and propose a strategy to prove your prior rights, circumvent the scope of protection, or challenge and invalidate the respective industrial design.
In the event of a dispute, we represent you in proceedings before the Industrial Property Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the courts. We also have experience enforcing industrial property rights through customs authorities, for instance, in protection against counterfeits and unauthorized imports.
